Varini srl assures a careful and strict Assistance Service advance and post-sale, which includes technical and logistic support all over the World.
Contracts of maintenance and service are provided and made to measure. They are personalized according to the customer's requirements.
Our company is also an Authorized Assistance Volvo Center, which offers four types of contracts:

White Agreement:

  • Mechanics specially well-prepared by Volvo make a general inspection of all parts and vital operations of the machine using diagnostic instruments technilogically advanced and specific for each model.

  • An analysis of the condition and a list of works are suggested to prevent wear, stop machine and expensive repairs.

    Blue Agreement:

  • Specific maintenance and mechanic inspections program, which is carried out by Volvo specialized mechanics.

  • Detailed reports on the feature of the machine, which contain definite information to give the best productivity.

  • Software regularly update according to the last improvements

  • Volvo original spare parts

 

Silver Agreement: personalizable e flexible assistence and maintenance program, which includes also repairs.

  • Maxim flexibility also during the contract, for the budget (which includes also the chosen spare parts)

  • Possibility to reallocate costs to reduce the impact to the budget

  • Covering of one or more main components of the machine (for example kinematics chain or engine failures)

 

Gold Agreement: inspection of the machine at regular period, according to a prearranged price list.

  • Carefulnes maintenance interventions, which follow an exact planning

  • Elimination of the unexpected costs: fixed price for all the contract period

  • Detailed reports of the history of the works in the machine are made in case of its sale
